Mission
MedTech is the Wing within Vanguard that keeps both the personnel and the vehicles of space or ground healthy and strong. They can repair/replace what is necessary to get things moving, man or machine.
MedTech has places for those that prefer to work in combat situations, but we have plenty of opportunities for those who wish to perform Search and Rescue or operate outside of an active combat zone. Whether it’s getting your hands greasy, saving lives, or rescuing people from caves.
MedTech is the Wing that keeps Vanguard’s Members and Equipment running in prime shape.
How MedTech progression Works
MedTech Academy
Where you learn the basics of MedTech’s procedures.
This is where your journey inside of MedTech begins. Here you will learn the basics of how to be a medic for others, and yourself, both in and outside of combat. Your basic training acquired here will prepare you to eventually join one of Vanguard’s many First Fleet Units. Upon graduation from Academy, you will be promoted to Talon Hoplite. Additionally, you will be able to choose to join one or multiple First Fleet Unit’s that interest you and move into Deployed status.
Deployed
Giving aid to other Vanguard Member’s in all forms.
Upon joining one or multiple First Fleet Unit’s, you will be placed under one of MedTech’s NCO’s where they will assist you in continuing your training to grow your skills in MedTech or branch out into other wings Academies. Through dedication to your Unit(s), your training, and activity, you can begin to consider stepping up into higher positions, or roles with greater responsibilities.

MedTech is about professionalism, dedication, and fun. We’re the people who keep everyone else going, but we’re about making sure we are enjoying ourselves. We’re respectful of others and ourselves while remaining open to new ideas. We play the game as it is; we all understand that Star Citizen is a game in progress, so let’s just have fun with what we have.
