Recuperare, Supplementum, Reficio - Recover, Resupply, Repair

Overview

Fleet Services is the dedicated support unit within Vanguard, managing the recovery, resupplying, and repairing of our fleet vessels during operations and on demand. We use our operational expertise to make sure all Vanguard vessels are able to get back into the fight as quickly as possible, with all supplies still in tack. And if a vessel is unable to return, we move it to a safer location for Jackals to clean up.

Responsibilities

Fleet Services has three core responsibilities under its umbrella, all of which are important in their own ways.

Recovery: Using tow beams or similar vehicles, we will track down and move all downed Vanguard vessels to a safe location for repair or salvaging, depending on the state of the vessel.

Resupply: Covering ammunition, spare components, and fuel, we use all manner of cargo suppliers and refueling ships to keep Vanguard vessels stocked and ready to continue the fight at a moment's notice.

Repair: Using the multitude of repairing ships (soon to be released) available in the game, we use the supplies gathered by the Jackals and Rock Raiders to maintain the integrity of Vanguard hulls.

Importance

Because of the inevitable nature of pilots running out of ammunition, fuel, or losing the ability to control their vessels, Fleet Services must maintain a state of readiness to take care of all stranded and disabled vehicles from our fleets. When our friends and allies need support, we shall always be there to provide it.

Ensure all requests for assistance are able to be met in a reasonable timeframe, and with proper care.
